Bake Planner – 60-Day Free Beta Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2025

Welcome to Bake Planner!
These Terms of Use explain how our 60-day free beta works and what you agree to when
testing it.
By signing up or using Bake Planner during the beta phase, you confirm that you’ve read and
accepted these terms.

About the Beta

Bake Planner is currently in beta testing, which means the app is still being developed. Some features may be incomplete or change without notice. The goal of this stage is to collect feedback and improve the product before public launch.

Free Access

Access to Bake Planner during the beta is completely free for up to 60 days from your sign-up date.
This invitation is for testing and feedback only – it does not create a commercial agreement or guarantee ongoing access.
We may update, suspend, or close the beta programme at any time.

No Guarantees

Because this is a test version:

  • The app may not always function as expected.

  • Data you enter could be lost, reset, or deleted.

  • We can’t promise that information will remain available after the beta ends.

You use the beta at your own risk and agree that Bake Planner is provided “as is.”

Feedback

We welcome your ideas and suggestions!
By submitting feedback, you agree that we can use it to improve Bake Planner without obligation or compensation.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Bake Planner lawfully and only for genuine business testing.

  • Keep your login secure.

  • Not share, resell, or misuse your beta access.

  • Not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

You are responsible for any information or customer data that you enter into the app.

Data and Privacy (including real customer data)

During the beta we collect limited information such as your name, email, and app usage data to manage your account.
You may also add information about your own customers (for example, names, contact details or order details).

You remain the data controller for any customer data you upload.
Bake Planner acts only as your data processor, meaning we store and handle that data on your behalf to operate the app.

We will:

  • Store your data securely using encrypted cloud services (via Glide).

  • Not access, share, or sell your customer data.

  • Process data only as needed to run and improve the beta.

  • Delete beta data at the end of testing or if you request it in writing.

For full details, please read our [Privacy Policy](https://bakeplanner.com/privacy).

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, features, and materials in Bake Planner belong to the Bake Planner brand.
You receive a temporary licence to use the beta software for testing only.

Limitation of Liability

Because this version is free:

  • Bake Planner is not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from
    use of the beta.

  • No guarantees are made regarding reliability or availability.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability during the beta is £0.

Ending Your Access

You may stop using Bake Planner at any time.
We may suspend or remove access without notice if you breach these terms or when the beta programme ends.

Future Updates

When Bake Planner launches as a paid subscription service, new Terms of Service will apply.
We’ll notify testers before those changes take effect.
